The good, the bad, and the ugly teammate

Positive:
• Honest
• Creative
• Reliable
• Hard working
• Trustworthy

Negative:
• Passive
• Stubborn
• Defensive
• Apatheic
• Disorganized

These traits describe exactly how I am as a teammate, if you've worked with me before I'm sure you will understand. I don't want to sound cocky as if I'm the most honest, creative, reliable, hard working, and trustworthy person out there, but I would say I am pretty good at those things. I hate lying so that makes me honest, I think of weird shit so hopefully that means I'm creative, I'm reliable, hard working, and trustworthy because I'm always on time and do everything in my power to meet deadlines.
As for the bad traits... being passive, stubborn, defensive, apathetic, and disorganized is pretty much how I live my life. If someone says they have a good idea and they are excited for it I will just keep quiet and let them go with it, on the other hand, if I have a good idea and they don't want to use it i will tell them to eat shit. If the project isn't going my way I may tend to seem a little apathetic and lose interest in the whole thing. As for disorganization, I am getting better ( I bought a binder this semester ) but other then that, my life is a mess.
